This information is visible to customers.
3.3 Identity & Verification Documents (Sensitive Data)

- Vehicle Registration Certificate (RC) (if applicable)

DJ Owners may upload:

This helps customers find DJs nearby.
3.7 Device & Technical Data

- Messages between DJ Owners and users

4. Permissions We Request
The DJBOOK Partner App may request:

To show service area and enable location-based discovery
- Media Access (Images/Videos)
To allow uploading of profile images, videos, and verification content
- Internet Access
Required for all app functionality

8. Media & Content Responsibility
DJ Owners are solely responsible for all uploaded content, including:

DJBOOK does not guarantee accuracy or legality of uploaded content.
9. Platform Role Disclaimer
DJBOOK acts only as an intermediary platform.
We do not:
- Guarantee bookings
- Control customer behavior
- Take responsibility for disputes
10. DJ Owner Responsibility
DJ Owners are fully responsible for:
- Service quality
- Pricing
- Availability
- Behavior and conduct
- Equipment performance
11. Payments & Earnings
- Customers pay 20% advance online
- Remaining 80% is paid directly to DJ Owner
👉 DJBOOK does not guarantee earnings or payments.
12. Data Security
We implement:
- Secure storage systems
- Access control mechanisms
- Internal data protection policies
However, no system is 100% secure.
13. Data Retention
We retain data:
- While the account is active
- For legal compliance
- For fraud prevention

14. Account Deletion
DJ Owners can request account deletion by contacting:

17. Misuse & Fraud Prevention
